Sevenya, LLC operates this website. We collect as little as we can, we do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not run advertising. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive what you type into it — your name, work email, organization, and your note. If you subscribe to our signals email, we receive your email address. That is the extent of the information you give us directly.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information about requests, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you. We use email addresses given for the signals email to send that email, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our website and email on our behalf.
Cookies and embedded content
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include embedded content, such as a video player. Embedded content behaves as though you had visited the other website directly, and those services may collect data about your interaction with them. Our video player does not load until you choose to press play.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and no longer than necessary. You can unsubscribe from the signals email at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below.
A note on health information
This is a business website. Please do not send protected health information or patient data through the contact form. If an engagement requires exchanging that kind of information, we will set up an appropriate secure channel and the necessary agreements first.
